Tax refund for members of the Diplomatic Corps

the new access to application form (printed form) to request refund of value-added
tax and excise tax, which can be granted to diplomatic and consular representations
and their personnel as well as to international organisations and their personnel
which qualify as such.

From 1 January 2007 is the Department for Managing Refunds for Foreigners at
the Large Taxpayers Directorate of the Hungarian Tax and Financial Control Administration
(APEH Kiemelt Adózók Igazgatósága - Külföldiek Adó-visszatérítését Intéző Főosztály) dealing with the tax refund claims of diplomatic and consular representations and their members, and that of international
organisations equivalent to the former ones.
