Tax refund for diplomatic and consular representations and their members, and that of international organisations equivalent to the former ones, its officials, other persons and organisations authorized by international treaties

 

A N N O U N C E M E N T on

the new access to application form (printed form) to request refund of value-added tax and excise tax, which can be granted to diplomatic and consular representations and their personnel as well as to international organisations and their personnel which qualify as such.

From 1 January 2011 is the Department for Managing Refunds for Foreigners at the Tax Directorate of Priority Affairs of the National Tax and Customs Administration (NAV Kiemelt Ügyek Adóigazgatósága - Külföldiek Adó-visszatérítését Intéző Főosztály) dealing with the tax refund claims of diplomatic and consular representations and their members, and that of international organisations equivalent to the former ones, its officials, other persons and organisations authorized by international treaties (EC, EURATOM, EIB, army and its civil staff, etc.).
